Description An occupancy permit is required prior to the occupancy or use of any building, structure, or land under the following circumstances:
  (1)  Completion of construction of a new building or structure.
  (2)  Completion of an addition or alteration of a new building or structure.
  (3)  Establishment of a new land use.
  (4)  A change in use or occupancy of an existing building or site.
  (5)  Any other circumstance where compliance with this zoning code must be verified before occupancy.

Appeals The Zoning Administrator's decision can be appealed to the Zoning Board of Appeals within 30 calendar days of the date of the decision.
