Description: A subdivision plat is used to create more than six parcels. Subdivision plats are reviewed in two steps: preliminary and final. A preliminary subdivision plat shows the proposed layout of the lots and any roads. If a preliminary plat is approved, the final plat is prepared consistent with all requirements in the City's land division regulations and state law.
